PRIVATE AND COMPANY

You can shop with us both as a company and as a private person.(Authorized Dealers have specific conditions, contact Avestavagnen)

Business customers payment terms: Established customers 30 days net. New customers payment in advance. For customer-specific orders (special) over SEK 50,000, a 50% advance payment applies.

Private customers payment terms: For private customers, advance payment applies. The products are shipped when payment is received by Unimet AB/Avestavagnen.

Delivery terms: ExWorks. All deliveries from Unimet AB/Avestavagnen are booked with Schenker unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are paid by the receiving customer.

Complaints and warranty: Avestavagnen always provides a 10-year warranty on welded constructions on products that are used in the way for which the product is intended and when the load has not exceeded recommended product load.  All complaints must first be reported via info@avestavagnen.se. Avestavagnen then approves the complaint before the product can be returned to the factory. Avestavagnen is not responsible for any shipping costs or other costs in connection with a complaint unless the complaint has been approved before return. For approved complaints, we fix the fault/send a new product/component and cover the return shipping cost to the customer. If a warranty case arises on a product or component that is not manufactured by Avestavagnen, a 1-year warranty applies from the invoice date.
